A complete "reconstruction" of this home occured with only 1/3 of the original house remaining. The top floor of the house was removed and reconfigured to gain additional ceiling height and added square footage. A full basement was excavated where none had existed , adding 1000 additional square feet for a new bedroom, bath room, family room, garage and storage.
